2021-2022 Annual Dues
Dues are only $125 per year and are used for the upkeep of the neighborhood, including mowing and trimming, signage, public area landscaping, and entrance beautification and upkeep. Per Deed Restrictions, dues are to be paid within 60 days. Please do not forget to pay your dues on time to avoid late payment penalties and administrative fees.
If you have any address or name changes, please remember to notify the CCHOA. We also would like to have an email address for each owner. These changes or additions can be included with the payment of your dues. As an added incentive, every homeowner who pays his or her dues on time this year and includes an email address will be placed in a drawing. The lucky winner will not have to pay 2022-2023 dues.
Board Members Needed!
Board members are volunteers from our neighborhood, and the CCHOA Board is always looking for new members! The Board helps to keep our neighborhood beautiful by enforcing our Deed Restrictions and Covenants. The Board normally meets the second Wednesday of the month for about one hour. If you are interested in becoming a Campeche Cove Homeowners Association Board member, please let us know. You may email [email protected].
Maintenance
The CCHOA takes care of the public areas of our neighborhood, but it is the responsibility of every homeowner to properly maintain your property. This includes routine lawn care, and removal of trash and debris from public view.
Summertime means that most lawns require cutting and edging about once a week. Please don't forget that the job is not done until the grass clippings are swept up and properly disposed of. If clippings are left in the street or in your driveway, they not only make the property look messy, but they can cause street drainage problems when rain pushes all that dead grass into the street drains. Please take the extra few minutes to clean up after mowing.
Boats, Trailers, Motor Homes, Campers, Trailer Homes
No boat, motor home, camper, or trailer house shall be parked, kept, or placed nearer to the street than the setback line, nor shall they be stored on the street adjacent to any lot in the subdivision.
For Your Safety and Protection
Homeowners are reminded to lock your vehicles and keep valuables out of plain sight. Please report any suspicious behavior or vehicles in the neighborhood to the Galveston Police Department non-emergency number at (409) 765-3702. Let's all watch out for each other!
Use of the Lake, Park, and Tennis Courts
As a reminder, a homeowner must be present with any guest using the tennis courts, park, or other facilities within Campeche Cove. This will keep our neighborhood secure for our homeowners and neighbors. The tennis courts remain unlocked for use by our homeowners.
The swimming pool on Schaper Drive is for the sole use of the Bay Meadows Townhome owners. They pay a monthly assessment to cover the pool expenses.
